Is there an extra fee for software upgrades?
As a Revize client, you will receive full access to all enhancements to the components and modules in the Revize CMS at no additional charge. When a software update or new version is rolled out, Revize will automatically update all servers used by our subscription service clients.
Who will update and make edits to the website?
Whichever staff members you allow this privilege to.  And you can rest assured that the Revize support team is here to help 24/7/365.
Are we required to switch our email service to Revize?
No, not at all.  You can continue email hosting with your current vendor.
Can I restrict certain users from accessing certain sections of the admin site?
Clients maintain total control over who does and does not have access privileges and precisely what those privileges will include.
If we switch to Revize, can we keep our current domain name?
Yes, you can keep your current domain name.
Is there a limit to the number of web pages our site can have?
Your site can contain an unlimited number of pages, but bear in mind that there is a nominal annual fee for sites requiring more than 20GB of data storage.
Is there a server storage limit?
No storage limits, all of our servers have unmlited storage.
How reliable are Revize servers?
Revize has four state of the art physical data centers located in San Diego, Phoenix, Houston and Chicago with around the clock (24/7/365) monitoring of all server activities.
Is technical support available after training is completed?
Unlimited Technical Support is available to all clients at no additional charge. Our online support portal is available 24/7/365 for issue tracking and management. We also provide phone and email support during regular business hours.  
Is training conducted onsite?
Our training program is customized based on each client’s needs, and we provide hands-on training the way you want it - either onsite or off site through web conferencing tools.
Do we have to migrate our pages and documents ourselves?
During the site development and set up phase, our data migration team will move all the pages and documents from your current website to the new site. Then your staff can always edit the website  and add pages and documents using the Revize CMS.
