Overview: Revize Online Shelter Houses Reservation Systems will allow residents to do online reservations for shelter houses in any parks within a county or city. Residents can also cancel the reservation at any time and get a refund. System allows for credit cards payments or cash payments options. Various reporting features are available e.g booking reports and  revenue reports for each shelter, each park or for all the parks for any given year.

Functional Features:

1. Visitors will have the ability to browse to a city or county website and look at all available booking dates for any shelters in any park.
2. For each shelter, they can see the shelter name, a thumb nail image, description of amenities, capacity in terms of number of people that the shelter can accommodate and the booking cost per day
3. Visitors can register and then book a shelter and pay online . Also cash payment option is available.
4. If somebody has an existing booking and need to cancel , they can cancel the reservation
5. If somebody has an existing reservation and then they can make changes and save it
6. Details of a new reservation or changes to an existing reservation is automatically notified through emails

1. Park Admin can login and create a park entry in the system.
2. For each park, park admin can create shelter entries.
3. Park admin can process the refund for a cancelled reservation.
4. Park admin can process the reservation for bookings done through cash payments option.
5. Park Admin can generate revenue reports and booking reports based on different criteria.
