Can I control what content contributors can change? Can I make it vary with the content contributor?
Revize ensures that IT retains control of Web Pages and Web Sites via the construction of Templates. It also allows IT personnel to easily designate areas on each Web Page for non-technical Content Editors to change. For example, one of five images on a page might be designated for one Content Editor, two for another and two will never be changed by a Content Editor these will be controlled within the Template maintained by the Web Developer. Likewise, five paragraphs of text might be likewise designated. And IT can use Revize to give Content Editors as much power as desired. Content Editors can be permitted to create new Web Pages (using pre-developed Templates) as well as the "navigation" (the links) to the new Web Pages.
